How to prepare epe eza. Ebira Beans soup

Ebira are people from the North central in Kogi state of Nigeria. As every tribe has its own cultural delicacy, Ebira people is not an exception, their mouthwatering dishes is a good start for those who can never settle for less when it comes to  tasting good food leaving you craving for more. Among these wonderful delicacy includes but not limited to  Apapa, epe eza (beans soup), epi gorigo(Sesame's seed soup) etc
Here we are going to point out how to prepare epe eza (beans soup)
      *Required Ingredients*
1 cup of beans
Smoke dried fish
Meat
2cube of maggi
Locust beans
Pepper and onion
1 tin cup of palm oil
Salt 




*Recipe for Ebira beans soup*
You can Fry your Beans for better taste or leave it like that to avoid stress. The beans are crushed with its coat into flour.


Wash the meat, place in pot and leave to boil, for about 10mins. Then add like 80cl of water, add your fish, grinded fresh pepper and onion, dawadawa (locust beans), and Maggi. Cover the pot leave it to boil for another 10mins
Then pour the grinded Bean while steering it with spoon as fast as possible, this helps to prevent it from forming lumps. Leave it to Cook for five minutes then bring it down from the stove.....yeah! It's ready. This soup go with semo, Amala (cassava flour) and pounded yam
